Where is my order?
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you. Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you so please be patient!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a link to the courier website. Here, you’ll be able to track your delivery whilst it is in transit and out for delivery. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

My item has arrived damaged or faulty
We’re extremely sorry to hear this has happened to your item. All products are checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched so we are sorry your item must have slipped through the net! Please send over your order number and an image of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have this sorted for you immediately!
For ON HAND orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase and For PRE ORDERS 2-3 weeks after the cut-off. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
Shipped orders will be sent via J&T EXPRESS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you.

Do you offer price adjustments?

PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:
1. Pre orders require 50% payment to be made at checkout.
Full payment is required before shipping the item
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 2 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 2 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
